Why is it that my cat only likes drinking water from the bathroom sink? No still water for him (he's so un-British). Nope, only good, cold, running water from the bathroom sink for my cat. Fresh water in his cat bowl? You gotta be kidding.
Kitty sleeps in the sink. Kitty jumps onto the sink anytime you go into the bathroom. In the middle of the night? Yep, there's my cat - getting up and following you into the bathroom with the vague hope that you might turn on the bathroom sink's running water for him. He even manages to look at you with those really sad eyes until you give him running water from the bathroom sink.
So I started wondering - how many other cats out there like the bathroom sink? I thought cats didn't like water? Is my cat an alien? Did he read the Wikipedia article on Tap Water and learn of its beneficial fluoride properties?
Can anyone help me? I'm going to start calling him Kitty: The Bathroom Sink Cat.
